Privacy

What we store

Your Discord ID, display name, licence keys, granted products, IP and HWID counters that your machines report to the licence server, and order history from the BuiltByBit webhook and the in-store checkout.

What we do not store

Card numbers. Payment processing is delegated to the provider; we only see a provider-side reference and the amount.

How we use it

To deliver your licence, prevent abuse, and reach you with critical security notices. We do not sell or rent it.

Retention

Licences are kept as long as the Discord account exists and our records show activity in the last 24 months. Earlier records can be deleted on request.
