Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Oreades Studio digital products and the licensing platform operated at oreades.studio. By purchasing, installing or running our software you agree to these terms.

1. Licence grant

Each licence grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and run the software on machines and IPs that fit the limits you purchased. Lifetime means until we end-of-life the product; we will give at least 90 days notice.

2. Delivery

Licences are delivered through Discord once a payment clears. The Discord account used for delivery is the licence owner. We do not transfer licences between Discord accounts except via the admin grant flow for support cases.

3. Refunds

Follow the BuiltByBit refund policy for marketplace purchases. For direct-store purchases, contact us within 14 days if the licence does not work as documented.

4. Acceptable use

Reverse engineering the licensing server, sharing licence keys publicly, or reselling access to our software without permission terminates the licence without refund.

5. Warranty

The software is provided as-is. We are not liable for losses arising from downtime of the licensing server, except as required by applicable consumer-protection law.
